Brian D. Neugebauer joined the Ohnstad Twichell law firm in August of 1978. Prior to joining Ohnstad Twichell, P.C., he was a law clerk to Chief Justice Ralph J. Erickstad, North Dakota Supreme Court. He currently practices in the West Fargo office in the areas of municipal law, including bond counsel services. He represents cities and other political subdivisions in all areas of municipal law including bond counsel services which are necessary for political subdivisions in order to issue bonds.

Brian is a member of the Cass and Clay County Bar Associations, State Bar Association of North Dakota, National Association of Bond Lawyers, North Dakota Municipal Attorneys Association, and International Municipal Lawyers Association. He recently did a City Ordinance Presentation for the North Dakota League of Cities in Valley City and Carrington.

Brian graduated from Concordia College, summa cum laude, with a B.A. in political science and economics, and also from the University of North Dakota School of Law (Phi Gamma Mu, Phi Delta Phi, Order of the Coif).

Brian and his wife Kathy live south of West Fargo and have three sons. Their sons are involved in numerous sporting activities which they attend. Brian enjoys golfing. They enjoy traveling abroad.
