(Municipal/Bonding Paralegal)

Carol Stillwell is a paralegal with Ohnstad Twichell, P.C., working mainly in the areas of municipal law, bonding, and water law. She also is in charge of the upkeep of library materials. Carol attended college at North Dakota State College of Science and achieved a two-year Associate’s Degree as a legal secretary. She started work at Ohnstad Twichell in 1982.

She is currently an Ambassador for the West Fargo Chamber of Commerce, as well as a Director on the Chamber Board.

Carol is married and has two children. Her interests include fishing, reading, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family and friends at the lake.
