Daniel R. Twichell joined Ohnstad Twichell, P.C., in November 1955. He has been nationally recognized as bond counsel by the National Association of Bond Lawyers and was also inducted into the North Dakota Water Users Association Hall of Fame. Dan practices in the West Fargo office. He works in municipal law performing general city work such as attending meetings, preparing ordinances and other documents. He works with municipalities and other entities with preparation of bonding documents. He assists clients in water rights and water management. He also works with probates, wills, powers of attorney, and real estate matters.
Dan Twichell received his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law (Phi Delta Phi).
Dan and Hilda live in West Fargo. They have three grown children and two grandchildren. They enjoy playing bridge, golfing, art functions, and traveling.
