David L. Wanner was born in Crosby, North Dakota. He received his education at North Dakota State University and UND School of Law, graduating with distinction. He received the Phi Alpha Delta Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award. He was on the Board of Editors for the North Dakota Law Review.

He is a member of the Cass County Bar Association, State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Red River Valley Estate Planning Council, and the North Dakota Title Standards Committee.

Dave has many years experience in real estate law in North Dakota and Minnesota.

He practices in the areas of real estate, probate, estate planning, and banking law. Dave enjoys spending time at the lakes and vacationing with his family.
