Marshall W. McCullough was born in Bottineau, North Dakota. He received his education at the University of North Dakota (B.B.A. in Accounting) and University of Denver College of Law. Prior to joining the Ohnstad Twichell law firm, he was a tax manager at Price Waterhouse.

He is a member of the Red River Valley Estate Planning Council, Red River Zoological Society, and Fargo Optimist Club. He is also a CPA and practices in the areas of corporate law, business succession planning, estate planning, probate, and taxation. Marshall works in the West Fargo, North Dakota, office.

Marshall is married and has three wonderful boys. He lives in Fargo, North Dakota. His hobbies include hockey, spending time at the lakes, hunting, and fishing.
