Civil/Criminal Litigation

“The right to ‘trial by jury’ is one of America’s most treasured constitutional guarantees. As a trial lawyer, I have great respect for our trial process and the manner in which legal disputes can be resolved in an orderly fashion. Being able to help people find real solutions to their legal problems is something I find very rewarding. At Ohnstad Twichell, P.C., we have the opportunity to help our clients resolve their legal problems and move forward with their lives.”

Bob has been named to the Great Plains Super Lawyer list annually since 2007!!

The Super Lawyers selection process is based on peer recognition and professional achievement.  Read more about the selection process in our disclaimer tab.

Pettit School of Law at Ohio Northern University for a year before transferring to the University of North Dakota School of Law. At UND, he served as Business Manager of the North Dakota Law Review and was a participant on the Moot Court team before receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1978.
