Ross V. Keller was born in Bisbee, North Dakota. He received his education at North Dakota State University and the UND School of Law, graduating with distinction. He was a Special Projects Editor of the North Dakota Law Review and recipient of the Edward J. Ward Scholarship. He is a member of the Goose River Bar Association and State Bar Association of North Dakota.

Prior to joining the Ohnstad Twichell law firm in Hillsboro, North Dakota, Ross was a staff attorney for the North Dakota Legislative Council.

He practices in the areas of agricultural law, real estate, and trusts and probate. Ross practices law in the office in Hillsboro, North Dakota.
