Sean M. Fredricks focuses his practice in water law. Sean represents several water resource districts, rural water systems, political subdivisions, and other water entities, as well as private landowners, in water matters. He also practices real estate law, as well as construction and commercial litigation.

Sean is a product of North Dakota. He grew up in Jamestown. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English, with Honors, from North Dakota State University, and he received his Juris Doctor, with Distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law. He was also an All-American and Academic All-American football player at NDSU. Before joining Ohnstad Twichell, Sean practiced real estate and construction litigation in Minneapolis.

Sean is licensed to practice in both North Dakota and Minnesota He is a member of the North Dakota Water Users Association, and he regularly speaks on water issues.

He represents several water entities in the Red River Valley and in the region.

Sean and his wife, Sarah, have two young children and they live in West Fargo.
