Tatiana J. Hackman

Tatiana Hackman joined Ohnstad Twichell in September 2022 as an associate attorney in West Fargo. Tatiana was raised in Fargo and graduated from Fargo North High School. She attended the University of North Dakota for her undergraduate studies and received a degree in Political Science. She attended the University of North Dakota School of Law and graduated magna cum laude in 2021. While in law school, Tatiana served as Editor in Chief of the North Dakota Law Review, was a member of the Trial Team, competed in Moot Court, held the position of Teaching Assistant for the Lawyering Skills program, and served as Vice President of the Law Women's Caucus. Tatiana received numerous honors, awards, and scholarships recognizing her outstanding advocacy abilities, academic achievements, and student involvement. She was inducted into Order of the Barristers for her excellence in oral advocacy and Order of the Coif for graduating second in her class. Prior to joining Ohnstad Twichell, Tatiana served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Jon J. Jensen of the North Dakota Supreme Court.

Tatiana is happy to be in her home community to establish her legal practice. She focuses her practice primarily on criminal defense, family law, and general civil litigation. While not working, Tatiana enjoys spending time with her family and friends (including her furry friends), trying new restaurants and coffee shops around town, and taking walks downtown and in local parks.
