Susan L. Ellison

Susan Ellison concentrates her practice in the areas of complex divorce, post-divorce modification, paternity, property division (including water and mineral rights), child custody, parental rights, parenting time, parenting schedules, visitation, child support, alimony, spousal support and maintenance, adoption, minor guardianships, third-party custody and grandparent custody and visitation.  She is also a qualified family law mediator in North Dakota and Minnesota.  She also works with Department of Labor complaints, wage and hour matters, employment contracts, employee discharge or terminations, and human resource topics.  In addition, she works with elder law preparing wills, trusts, health care directives, living wills and financial powers of attorney, as well as representing family members in adult guardianships and probate matters.
