Colin Brown

     Colin Brown joined Ohnstad Twichell in May 2025. A native of Fargo, North Dakota, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Dakota, with minors in Economics and Psychology. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law in May 2018, where he served as a member of the North Dakota Law Review.

Since graduating from law school, Colin has worked as an associate attorney with several firms, focusing on civil litigation and consumer class action matters, with an emphasis on data privacy, technology law, and mass arbitration. Colin has represented thousands of clients in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings nationwide and brings a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to his practice.

Through his work in consumer class action litigation, Colin has developed effective communication and advocacy skills, which he applies in every client interaction. He is licensed to practice in both North Dakota and Minnesota.
