Hailey Klemetsrud

Hailey Klemetsrud joined the Ohnstad Twichell team in 2025 as a Human Resource Generalist. Originally from Devils Lake, North Dakota, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Dakota, majoring in Human Resource Management with a minor in Leadership.

Hailey holds the SHRM-CP certification, which she received in 2023. With a thoughtful and collaborative approach, she supports a wide range of HR functions and is committed to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time at the lake with family and friends.
