Pat Nolte

Pat joined the Ohnstad Twichell, P.C. Team as the Director of Business Operations in January of 2026, where he leads firm wide operational strategy, process improvement, and business performance initiatives.

With more than two decades of experience across legal services, technology, and multi‑site operations, Pat brings a breadth of knowledge in financial management, organizational efficiency, and cross‑departmental leadership. He is known for building scalable systems, strengthening operational alignment, and supporting teams while delivering exceptional client service.  In his free time, Pat and his wife and children enjoy spending time together, traveling, and being outdoors.
